As announced on July 31st, 2025, Fiera Capital Corporation is terminating the imaxx Canadian Fixed Pay Fund and imaxx Short Term Bond Fund on November 28, 2025.
We strongly encourage you to contact your financial adviser prior to November 28, 2025 to arrange to redeem your investment in the Fund and reinvest the proceeds elsewhere.
