iplan™ Investment
Policy Statements
iplan is an interactive tool made available
to your representative by AEGON to assist him or her in assessing your
investment strategy. iplan has the capability to allow your representative
to produce iplan Investment Policy Statements (IPS) and iplan
Executive Summary IPS. All recommendations made in conjunction with the
use of the iplan IPS are solely those of your representative. AEGON
does not provide investment advice of any kind.
If your representative works with you to create
a personalized imaxx IPS, all personal information collected will
be stored on the AEGON database as part of an active client file. Your
representative will have access to this information while he or she is
a registered user of the iplan IPS tool. Your personal financial
information will not be used by AEGON to contact you directly or through
any third party. AEGON may use the information collected in the aggregate.
This means that your personal identifying information will not be used
individually; however, information collected may be used in conjunction
with the entire database or a part thereof.
You have the right to have your information deleted from the AEGON database.
To request deletion of your personal information, please write to AEGON's
head office. Please see "Contact Us".
Privacy and security
AEGON is concerned about the privacy rights of
visitors to its Site and the security of the information presented on
this Site. When you enter the Site, the only information about you that
