Understanding imaxx TOP Portfolios
Each imaxx TOP Portfolio invests all of its net assets in units of underlying funds and other investments, including temporary short-term investments, as deemed appropriate by the portfolio manager.
The underlying funds in an imaxx TOP Portfolio are reviewed annually, at minimum, to ensure they are performing as they should. Unitholders are notified in advance of any changes in imaxx TOP Portfolio holdings

TOP Portfolio Fund Distributions
- Net realized capital gains and net income are distributed annually in December.

- Transaction or trading costs are an expense of the TOP Portfolio and are paid out of Fund assets, which may reduce returns.
