Please note that although most of the requests we receive are completed or answered
within 24-hours, some more complex requests will take longer to complete.

Commitment to Service
Our commitment is to ensure that all who contact us receive a high quality of service each and every time you contact us with a question. Our Customer Service Representatives and other support staff have undergone extensive training on products, systems and administrative processes and are well equipped to answer a wide variety of questions. In addition, each individual receives regular on-going coaching and training to ensure that we continue to meet your service expectations.
Using Technology to Improve our Service
AEGON Fund Management has implemented an innovative program called "e-Quality" whereby calls and other communications are monitored and evaluated for consistency and accuracy of information. In addition to the call being monitored, supervisory staff can also view the computer screens that are accessed as the Customer Service Representatives are taking calls to ensure that the system is being used accurately and effectively. Our new call monitoring system helps improve training and coaching efforts.
